Serving as an Iowa HOBY Junior Staff member is an incredible way to not only stay involved with HOBY after the seminar but to ensure that future Ambassadors continue to have an OUTSTANDING seminar weekend.
A Junior Staff member is a HOBY alumnus under the age of 21 serving as a junior facilitator. The Junior Staff are essential to the success of each Iowa HOBY seminar.
Those who chose to participate in HOBY beyond their ambassador year help to provide others with the outstanding experience that they remember. Also, Junior Staff members are given the chance to re-connect with the friends that they have met throughout the state.
Junior Staff makes HOBY a fun, exciting, and engaging experience for the Ambassadors AND THEY HAVE FUN DOING IT!
